Description
A stunning ring from the A. Leondarakis jeweler’s classic collection.
The ring features a copy of an ancient Greek coin which wonderfully depicts god Apollo. The coin rotates so, should you choose, you can also wear the ring with the obverse showing.
In Greek mythology Apollo is the son of Zeus and the Titan Leto and he was born in the island of Delos. He is the ideal of the kouros, which means he has a beardless, athletic and youthful appearance. Apollo is one of the most complex and important gods, and is the god of many things, including: music, poetry, art, oracles, archery, plague, medicine, sun, light and knowledge.
